Graduated from National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Economic Theory, Economics and Entrepreneurship. Started career in 2000 in the Investment Fund Euroventures Ukraine as a summer trainee and then worked as an assistant to the Investment Manager. Has experience in M&A deals in Ukraine and arranging of big loans for Ukrainian companies in international banks. Was advisor to foreign investors on commercial projects in Ukraine and Poland and Public-Private Partnership project in Ukraine. Director and founder of the company “BFS” LLC ​​since October 2011.
